Emergency Veterinary Services of Lisle is seeking an Overnight Emergency Veterinarian to join our dedicated emergency team. What Your Nights Will Look Like:
Focus exclusively on emergency medicine while managing a diverse caseload of urgent, critical, and surgical cases referred from throughout the Chicagoland area.
Schedule Highlights:
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Hospital open weekdays from 6 PM–8 AM
- Weekend emergency coverage from Saturday noon through Monday morning
- Consistent overnight and weekend emergency caseload
Cases You'll See: Every night is different!
- Trauma and wound management
- Toxicities
- Respiratory distress
- Urinary obstructions
- Gastrointestinal emergencies
- Emergency surgery candidates
- Critical care and hospitalized patients
- End-of-life care and client communication
- Complex referral cases from surrounding hospitals
