Animal Health Center of Land O'Lakes is looking for an experienced veterinarian to join our team in Land O’Lakes, Florida, a beautiful suburb of Tampa.
We’re searching for a compassionate veterinarian that values collaboration, loves mentorship, and will fit in perfectly with our positive culture. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced veterinarian to take on a leadership position. We’re also happy to consider hiring an associate veterinarian who has goals of taking on a leadership role in the future. Must be licensed, or able to become licensed, in the state of Florida for consideration.
Background and Experience:
- Strong leadership skills (prior experience in a leadership role is a plus!)

Key Responsibilities:
- Grow relationships within the practice and the community
- Encourage the growth of support staff members
- Manage a varying caseload, including surgeries and appointments
- Oversee the medical care of all patients
- Serve as the veterinarian of record for all required hospital permits and licenses
- Partner with hospital leadership to ensure medical quality
- Assist Practice Manager with the staffing and scheduling
Compensation:
