Associate Veterinarian - Peninsula Pet Clinic (Portland, OR)At Peninsula Pet Clinic, we believe great veterinary medicine starts with great relationships-both with our clients and within our team. We're looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our experienced team. This opportunity comes as part of a planned retirement, offering the chance to step into a thriving practice with a loyal client base and strong mentorship from veterinarians with decades of combined experience.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong medical, surgical, and communication skills
- A collaborative, compassionate, team-oriented approach to patient care
- A great sense of humor and the ability to enjoy the day-to-day moments that make veterinary medicine rewarding
- Interest in seeing pocket pets and rabbits is a plus
- Oregon veterinary license (or eligibility for licensure)

Our hospital is equipped with digital and dental radiography, ultrasound, in-house laboratory services, a surgical suite, and modern surgical and dental equipment to support efficient, high-quality medicine. We are committed to Fear Free handling techniques and creating positive experiences for pets, clients, and team members alike.

What We Offer
- Competitive base salary, range of $130,000 - $180,000 (depending on schedule and experience)
- Production: 22%, quarterly production bonuses with no negative accrual

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location. You will be provided more detailed information about compensation and benefits for your specific location. Where required under applicable law, the company provides eligible employees with paid sick leave, health emergency leave, and similar benefits programs, all in accordance with the requirements of state and local law depending on the location of the practice you support.
