Exotics & small mammals (rabbits & ferrets - about 10% of caseload)
We have a ton of bells and whistles and fancy gadgets, including ultrasound, digital full body and dental radiographs, top-of-the-line monitoring equipment - but everyone has those things these days. Here’s what really makes us stand out:
Thirty-minute appointments so you can work up your cases in the way you were trained.
Smart clients who listen to what you say and are willing to work up cases.
Real mentorship from a team who believes in a “better together” philosophy because we know we are at our best when we work as a cohesive team
Flexibility with scheduling to ensure a healthy work-life balance
A clinic culture that celebrates your unique awesomeness!
Our new team member should also be ready to:
Work with our flat-faced friends...we love a brachycephalic!
Be comfortable with C-Sections - you don't have to be an expert, but we can train you if you're willing to learn that special surgery skill.
Let your passion for pets and veterinary care shine every day.
Enjoy yourself. If you're not having fun, you're doing it wrong.
Treat yourself and your patients.
Grow as a professional and encourage the growth of others.
Be empathetic to our clients, coworkers, and yourself.
Be willing to be part of a workplace where genuinely appreciating each other is more than some motivational poster on the wall.
Listen to our clients as they explain why their pet is the best one that has ever lived.
Think you're the Associate Veterinarian we've been longing for? Fantastic! Apply today so we can get this ball rolling!
