We will need boots on the ground. 200-250 employees including veterinarians.  We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills both written and verbal, great attention to detail day to day but able to understand the big picture and how every piece of the practice works together.  If you have an MBA that is great but not required. Experience in all aspects of veterinary practice is required. A completed business degree would be very helpful.  Cultural fit will be of utmo
