Wright’s Corners Animal Care Center is seeking an enthusiastic associate veterinarian to join our team of doctors. We are an established multi doctor practice that is well-equipped for all your medical and surgical needs. We are an AAHA Accredited Hospital and providing outstanding service to our clients and pets in the community is our top priority. Our doctors enjoy practicing in a facility equipped with advanced diagnostic features, including digital x-rays and an in-house lab. The caring and experienced team maintains an efficient and enjoyable work environment by being proactive to the needs of our doctors, patients, and clients.

This is the perfect opportunity for a new graduate to be successful under the mentorship and guidance of our collaborative team of doctors with a wide range of experience and areas of interest. There is also an opportunity to practice at our sister practice, Ridge Animal Hospital, just 12 miles away in Middleport, NY. Ridge Animal Hospital is a full service small animal practice that performs more advanced diagnostics such as echocardiography, and procedures including stem cell therapy and limited orthopedics.

Lockport and Middleport, NY are approximately 30 minutes from Buffalo or Niagara Falls. The City of Lockport offers so much history and modern attractions for the whole family. From skating at the Cornerstone Ice Arena to walking through history along the Erie Canal or enjoying the local fare at our restaurants and pubs, you’ll find more than you expected. The area is a perfect location to raise a family! Lakes Erie and Ontario are nearby and provide opportunities for swimming, fishing, and boating. The Buffalo waterfront is newly revitalized, offering entertainment for the entire family. There are many local breweries and scenic wine trails. Western New York can be enjoyed during all four beautiful seasons with hiking, amusement parks, dog parks, camping, ice-skating, skiing or snowmobiling. The salary for this position starts at $120k+ and increases based on experience, responsibilities, work schedule, and many other factors.
