Chief of Staff starting salaries range between 120-135K per year with revenue and profit sharing bonuses, and base plus production available. Total compensation for Chiefs of Staff ranges from 125-195K per year. We are a very successful, established practice, looking for a lead DVM to support our growth and transition into a new facility.
