ERAH FT/PT Associate Veterinarian Needed

Eagle River Animal Hospital is a leading-edge animal care provider for the greater Vilas County, WI. 

In our *NEW,* large, state-of-the-art clinic (anticipated completion November 2023!), we heal pets and educate their families on maximizing the wellbeing of their furry, feathered, or scaled members.

You’ll practice your passion in abundant and spacious consultation/exam rooms, a fully equipped surgical suite, and with the crucial support you need to provide the highest level of patient care. 

We feature:

• IDEXX in-house lab 
• Digital radiographs 
• Ultrasound 
• Infinity software 
• Private office space 
• A well-appointed staff lounge for charting, respite, collaborations and relaxation with other team members.
• SurgiVet multi-parameter monitor w/end tidal CO2
• New LED surgical lights
• Certified veterinary technician and veterinary assistant present for monitoring and assistance for each surgery
• Two companion laser therapy units: one for post surgical incisions and another for other treatments outside of surgery.
• Fear Free Certification pending fall, 2023
• Large screen monitors to show patient flow through the clinic.
• Casco-made kennels and cages (for reduced patient stress + improved care.)
• Separate cat/dog kennels + recovery suite with viewing window.  
• Groomer and dog trainer on staff and on site

Compensation and benefits:

• $96K salary base (FT schedule, 4-day work week 8am-5pm, and every 3rd Saturday 9am-1pm.)
• Excellent commission system (average yearly commission $30,000)
