Continuing education and personal development are valued and important to our organization.  We are a multi-doctor, private hospital with no corporate affiliation. The owner is an active VMG member which provides additional CE opportunities for associates.  Our hospital was intentionally designed with fear free patient care, team safety and the client experience in mind. We extensively utilize modern technology with EMRs, digital x-ray and dental x-ray, digital client communication, and a complete modern state of the art in-house laboratory.  Our owner is active as a veterinarian, focused and committed to maintaining a servant leadership style culture, and values team enrichment and development.

As an associate you will enjoy working with a committed and educated support team, a diverse group of doctors, and a full-time, experienced contemporary Practice Manager in our fully equipped modern clean hospital. Mentorship for new grads and less experienced DVMs is readily available.  We offer full-time and part-time associates a generous base salary with production bonuses and a generous benefits package that includes insurance, CE, PTO, 401K with match, memberships, licenses, etc.  Sign on bonus and relocation expenses may apply. Full time associates enjoy a four-day work week. Flexibility with scheduling, can be more primary care or more surgery, whatever your interest is. No after-hours appointments, Saturday appointments or emergencies.
