We support our team members:

-Shared personal assistant helps with your daytime errands, relieving some of the mental load on our doctors and staff.  Drop off a package, pick up a medication, wait for the plumber, stop for milk….

-Mentorship or collaboration with 4 experienced doctors (12 yrs, 22 yrs, 34 yrs, 38 yrs)-we share cases and meet for lunch every week.

-4:1 assistant to doctor ratio (8 RVT’s, 11 experienced assistants, plus receptionists and student help). We let our staff work to their (and our) full comfort level and the full extent of the practice act

-We do not tolerate bad behavior from clients. Clients have been fired by the CVPM when needed.

-Flexible scheduling with 2- 3 hour lunches 

-Corporate benefits package with very competitive pay (6 figures, exact amount DOE)

-Private, personal feel to management (corporate hands off approach)

-No on call emergency, minimal hospitalization, several referral options

-Equally shared Saturday duties, only one per month
