We have an amazing team of highly trained, dedicated employees who are passionate about both patients and clients. The majority of our staff have been with us for over 5 years and our turnover rate is very low to non-existent. They pride themselves on developing client relationships, providing excellent patient care and maintaining a workplace environment that is warm, welcoming and fun. Our highly skilled technicians and and assistants are leveraged to the max, allowing our doctors to focus on diagnosing, developing treatment plans, prescribing and surgery. To ensure our doctors can delegate with ease, we always ensure that we have at least 2.5 technicians/assistants for every doctor at all times
Work/Life balance is important! We want our doctors and staff to enjoy happy and healthy lifestyles , so we offer 4 day work weeks and are flexible with our scheduling. We are closed every Saturday and Sunday, and we send all emergencies to a nearby 24 hour emergency clinic. No on call or emergency hours, along with every weekend off helps to provide a healthy work/life balance.
A positive, friendly demeanor is a must! The team will look to you for leadership and you will be depended upon to uphold our cultural standards.
A team oriented mind-set with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
An educational approach to client communication. The more our clients know - the better they can care for their pets.
