Join our exemplary team led by our experienced Medical Director and well-trained, enthusiastic support staff. We put an emphasis on team work, leadership, and education. We are well equipped with digital radiology, dental digital radiology, surgical laser, digital anesthetic monitors, surgical suite, and in-house & online pharmacies. We take great pride in offering and practicing gold standard treatment for our patients. There is also mentorship available for the right self-motivated, team orientated, newer graduate.

Everett, WA is a lively coastal city just 25 minutes north of Seattle. Its waterfront has recently been transformed as a locale for seaside shopping, dining and festivities. We are home to 6 local breweries, the award winning Blue Water Organic Distillery, and the Everett Music Initiative. We have numerous city parks that are excellent for hiking or relaxing & host free live concerts every summer.

Broadway offers a highly competitive compensation package, including a competitive salary and generous signing and/or relocation bonuses. We offer full benefits for working 3-4 days per week including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA options), 401k with employer contribution, PTO, large CE allowance with additional PTO for CE, and reimbursement for membership dues and license fees.
