North Central Veterinary Services is searching for a small animal veterinarian AND a mixed animal veterinarian to join their current team of two veterinarians, and twelve staff members.  NCVS has experienced rapid growth in both small animal and large animal medicine areas and we are currently looking to fill two veterinarian positions.  

    North Central Veterinary Services has satellite offices in Bucyrus and Sycamore, Ohio with the newest facility in Upper Sandusky, Ohio. The practice has Abaxis blood analyzers, digital x ray, IBEX portable ultrasound, Mindray small animal ultrasound, 2 portable K Laser machines, Cardell monitoring system, and large animal haul in facility (similar to OSU Marysville) for food animal and Equine surgical cases and outpatient care.  

   Our doctors and staff are very dedicated to providing a positive experience for our patients and clients and are ever advancing to practice the highest quality of veterinary medicine.  With each of our doctors having their own area of expertise, we offer mentoring for both a small animal and/or mixed animal doctors in order to help them assimilate into practice.  The practice is a short 60-70 miles north of Columbus, Ohio and 50 miles south of Toledo, Ohio so it offers a new professional the capability of practicing in a smaller town that is in proximity to a larger city.  In addition to these two cities we are only 45 minutes from Cedar Point and all of the attractions on Lake Erie, including Put-In-Bay and East Harbor Park and Beach to name a few.  

   Compensation package is competitive for both positions and can be adjusted with experience.  It also includes two weeks paid vacation, Health insurance (with pay adjusted if insurance is not needed), CE coverage (including travel), disability, liability, state and national dues, matching retirement after first year of employment, emergency call compensation.
