Our privately owned high quality multi-location general/specialty veterinary practice with grooming, boarding, and training services in Leesburg and Haymarket, Virginia, is seeking an experienced veterinary professional to join our established leadership team as Practice Manager.

A successful candidate will have leadership and/or increasing responsibility within a veterinary environment built upon a strong suite of knowledge, skills, and abilities as follows:
* High level detail orientation and efficient multi-tasking capabilities
* Complementary and effective communication skills
* Discipline in self-management and project/task management of self and team(s)
* Familiarity with administrative and technical standards of a veterinary operation
* Outcome focused, goal-oriented, critical thinker that can anticipate organizational needs, balance demands, and deliver quality outcomes
This position will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of our two (2) AAHA accredited clinics in Loudon county (Leesburg) and Prince William county (Haymarket). The Practice Manager will utilize their skill, influence, and acumen to reach and exceed the objectives of the organization by maximizing outcomes in human resource management and staff/team development, facilities management, client relations, marketing, benchmarking/monitoring KPI's and related metrics, overseeing our North Oatlands Pet Center (NOPC) brand services including dog training, grooming, and boarding just to name a few.
This is a Full-time exempt position, salary compensation is commensurate with experience, including a comprehensive benefits package offered, and relocation assistance/signing bonus for the right candidate.
Our current leadership team has significant professional, educational, and industry background/expertise with actively involved ownership, a CVPM professional on staff, and a tenured group of team leaders and supervisors who will support your essential role within our highly-focused, leveraged, and quality-focused practice environment.
Preference for a candidate with a 2-4 year business/industry related degree; we will consider LVT/CVT/RVT with leadership background looking to take the next step in their career.
Preference for a CVPM or a candidate currently pursuing or holding interest in a CVPM track.
