Tender Touch Veterinary Hospital is looking to welcome a caring and compassionate Chief of Staff to lead our dedicated team. Our hospital is a spacious and modern small animal practice nestled in beautiful Scarborough, Maine. We provide excellent medical care to our patients with a focus on client education. Our Team of Fear Free Certified Professionals work hard to help our patients feel at home while providing state-of-the-art care. TTVH is equipped with an in-house lab (with an outside lab option), digital X-Ray, dental X-Ray, ultrasound, private exam rooms, a large open lobby with a charming fireplace and picturesque surroundings.

The Chief of Staff role would be a combination of practicing and working in tandem with our Hospital Manager. The perfect leadership candidate for this position would excel at the following:

• Problem-solving, time management and decision making in a fast paced environment.
• Communicating effectively and with compassion to both clients and co-workers.
• Maintaining medical protocols and quality of care throughout the hospital.
