Truly family friendly practice. Got a kid? Need child care? We will help, up to in-house child care! Need to pump for that sweet baby, we will make a dedicated, comfy place, that is private with however many breaks you need that is sacrosanct. Need the morning off for your child’s kindergarten graduation? You got it. Need to bring your kids to work (for whatever reason) we got space, bring them. Baby on the way or thinking of it in the future? We support 12+ weeks maternity/paternity/illness leave with Washington state paying for family/medical leave. 

Love surgery? Awesome you will fit right in. Want to learn orthopedic surgeries such as TPLO’s, MPL’s, and fracture repair? I would love to teach you. Ditto for complicated soft tissue surgeries. 

Prefer medicine cases, the complicated the better? We have those for you as well. Want to only do medicine? No problem.

Would you like more mentorship? We love teaching and learning from each other. New grads are encouraged to apply.

Want to learn rehabilitation, acupuncture, something else? We will send you to seminars, conferences, and/or find you the resources. Really--we want you to thrive and grow where you find happiness. 

We are a family owned small animal practice that has been operating over 25 years in Snohomish Washington. We all know this job is hard work but we like to have fun while doing so. Our staff truly try to support one another and with a quarter of our staff having over 14 years experience, we got the skills to do it. No on call and no weekends. Due to retirement we are currently a 2 doctor practice looking to expand up to 2 more veterinarians for full/part time. No single doctor days as we like to support each other. Full time is 4 days. Medical and vision insurance 100% covered at 25 hours. Aflac dental and disability available. Perks: 30 minute appointments, digital x-rays, ultrasound, full in-house labs, dental x-rays, and therapy laser. Pay is a guaranteed base salary starting at $90- 130k (depending on how many days worked) with monthly production bonuses and no negative accrual. More perks: matching 401k, 3 weeks PTO, 1 week off for CE, and  $2,500 for CE, licenses, dues (AVMA, WSVMA, PLIT), etc. Open to negotiation for relocation expenses. Staff to doctor ratio is 4:1.
