VCA Veterinary Emergency Service and Veterinary Specialty Center in Madison, WI is seeking an Emergency Veterinarian who enjoys practicing advanced medicine with a cohesive, tenured team. SIGN ON BONUS OFFERED.

VCA VES/VSC is a steadily expanding Emergency and Specialty hospital serving the greater Madison, WI area. Our specialists and emergency doctors work together in a collaborative and encouraging manner to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. Our specialties include Critical Care, Surgery, Internal Medicine, and Oncology.

 
We have three locations (Madison, Middleton, Janesville) which are staffed by a progressive team of ER doctors and a highly skilled group of CVTs and Assistants. Our ER doctors perform routine surgeries, ultrasound, and endoscopy with or without mentorship to augment their case skills. Our emergency hospital is open 24 hours/day, 7 days/week and this position offers shift flexibility and the option of working shifts at our locations in the Middleton and Janesville areas.

Madison's estimated population of 255,000 make it the second-largest city in Wisconsin by population. Located on an isthmus between Lake Mendota and Lake Monona, the city is home to the University of Wisconsin-Madison, the Wisconsin State Capitol, Henry Vilas Zoo, lakes, and an extensive network of parks and bike trails.
