ABOUT WACO

ABOUT OUR PRACTICE

We are open M-F and alternating Saturdays. 4-day work week with no on-call. We refer after-hours emergencies to our local emergency clinic. Our modern 4300 sq.ft. facility and equipment will help you practice a high level of medicine. You will have digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray, brand-new Navi ultrasound, full IDEXX in-house lab equipment including Catalyst, ProCyte and Sedivue, therapeutic laser, and modern monitoring equipment including capnography. We are constantly investing in new diagnostic and medical equipment as our doctor's needs warrant. Our technicians are very skilled, and our doctors can utilize them to the full extent, so you can practice high quality medicine efficiently.  We are passionate about effective pain management, pre-operative bloodwork, and standards of care which result in the best outcomes for patients.

SALARY/BENEFITS

We use a salary/production (Pro/Sal) model of compensation, which has worked very well for all of our doctors. Base salary is negotiable and will be highly compensated, and production bonus rate of ~20% after base. Benefits include retirement plan, health/dental, allowances for CE, state license fees, DEA license fees, AVMA/TVMA dues, vacation, and professional liability insurance… (and Starbucks runs!)
