Your work-life balance is a priority at PMC! We rigorously protect the personal and professional time of our entire team, and feel that this is integral to a happy and well-balanced life. Shift start times are 8am or 9am, and there is preserved times mid-day for lunch, client communications, and for completing medical records. Typically veterinarians leave within 15 minutes of their shift ending, and there are no after-hours appointments, calls, or hospitalizations and we are closed for all major holidays. Typical working hours are 36 hours/week. Our practice management and owner is family-oriented and flexible whenever possible.
Our 5 doctor practice (with 75+years of experience) offers progressive small animal/exotic/avian medical care, soft tissue laser surgery, laser therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, digital radiology, ultrasound, and fully equipped in-house IDEXX laboratory. Our practice building is well-maintained; we recently completed an expansion to enlarge our hospitalization area and bring us to 10 total exam rooms.
We have a friendly, low-drama team with a wonderful clinic culture. PMC's 5:1 staff to doctor ratio is and our entire team is dedicated to providing a professional and caring client and patient experience. Our practice is growing, well-managed, and 2nd generation family-owned. Our 5 veterinarians with a combined 75+ years of experience enjoy mentorship, leadership, and a collegial atmosphere with their fellow veterinarians and team.

Salary and/or ProSal is negotiable, depending on experience
Full Time: Sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 (dep on experience)
Student loan repayment assistance of $5,000/year (amount increases each year)

Requirements: Competent in small animal medicine/surgery, ability to lift up to 40#, ability to stand, stoop, bend repeatedly, and licensed to practice in Washington State and have DEA License (or ability to obtain licensure).

We are a progressive integrated veterinary practice located near beautiful wine country in West Pasco, WA! We are very proud of our hospital, which features 9 exam rooms, spacious surgery suite, a pet health food store, grooming, dog daycare, small animal and exotic boarding, and a state of the art hospital. Our practice sees dogs, cats, birds, and exotic patients. PMC is well-established, helping pets and families of the Tri-Cities for over 40 years. We are a second generation family-owned practice.
Our team consists of 5 DVMs, 6 Licensed Veterinary Technicians, and 9 Veterinary Assistants, and 12 additional support staff (including a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager). We pride ourselves on having a staff that is very friendly, outgoing, and truly team oriented.
