The SPCA of East Texas is seeking to add a full time veterinarian to provide wellness services and/or perform spay/neuter surgery in a high-volume clinic. These positions are supported by an experienced team of highly qualified vet techs and clinic support staff. Our clinic provides an excellent opportunity to work in a low stress environment with a supportive team of professionals. Without the administrative worries of private practice, you would be allowed to focus on the development of your high quality spay/neuter skills and the on-going diverse veterinary medical needs of not only the East Texas community but the dogs and cats accepted into our rescue program. Located in beautiful East Texas, the SNIPPET Clinic has completed over 25,000 spay/neuter surgeries since opening our doors in 2014. Our clinic is open to the public but also provides the services needed to the hundreds of dogs and cats in our Rescue and Adoption Program. With our new clinic design and acreage already acquired, our short-term goals include the construction and relocation to a brand new clinic to better serve the needs of our community. Job Description includes the following: • Annual starting salary $85,000.00 -$100,000.00 (commensurate with experience)
