Animal Eye Care of Wilmington, North Carolina is currently seeking a FT Ophthalmologist to join their outstanding practice. 

One of a kind opportunity to work in one of the most beautiful areas in the country this Fall!!  Our Animal Eye Care office is minutes from Wrightsville Beach, working in the same facility as a 24 hour emergency clinic with other specialists.  We are interested ophthalmologists who can join our team for part or all the time period.

In 2014, Wilmington's riverfront was ranked as the "Best American Riverfront" by readers of USA Today. It is just minutes away from numerous nearby beaches. The area has fabulous restaurants and farmers markets offering local seafood, farm to table cuisine, and fantastic southern cooking. With the enormous number of restaurants per capita in Wilmington and surrounding communities, it is hard to go wrong when it comes to choosing a dining destination, and Fall is one of the most beautiful times to be in historic Wilmington NC!

 You will be able to work with dedicated staff that’s welcoming to new team members.  We strive for the highest level of ophthalmic medical and surgical care.  Our associated offices in the Raleigh Durham area are just a few hours away and our offices collaborate almost weekly on challenging and unique cases.   We also enjoy joint journal club reviews every few weeks and everyone in our team of offices are welcome to participate.
