The Roseworthy Veterinary Health Centre is seeking expressions of interest from mixed practice GP veterinarians to fill casual or contracted positions. Working across the equine or production animal centres you will have the opportunity to work with specialists accessing new technology and state of the art equipment. The clinics are purpose built for all species supported by excellent nurses and technicians. Our centres operate 24/7 providing an excellent variety of cases and caseload.
The Veterinary Health Centre is the clinical teaching facility operating on a commercial basis, providing a range of first opinion, ambulatory and specialist veterinary services across all animal species to the general public and referring veterinarians. Final year students and interns work alongside veterinarians, providing a culture of learning and team work.
This position allows you to practice in all large animal or selected species, and provides opportunities for veterinarians to expand their knowledge in other areas of large animal species working and learning with other veterinarians.
Currently the opportunity exists for one to six month positions in our clinics. We will provide flights, accommodation and car hire for suitable applicants.
