Veterinarian – Green Family Veterinary Practice

Green Family Veterinary Practice is growing and seeking a part-time or full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our team!
Whether you’re an experienced clinician or a recent graduate, you’ll find a supportive environment that values collaboration, growth, and having fun while providing exceptional patient care. What to Expect:
- Salary: base salary of $120,000 - $140,000 per year plus production (no negative accrual)
- Sign-on Bonus: up to $25,000
- Schedule: Flexible options for both full-time and part-time
- Hours of Operation: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:30 PM; Sat 8:00 AM–12:00 PM; Sun Closed

About Our Hospital
Our brand-new, 5,397 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility opened in July 2025 and was designed for optimal patient care, efficiency, and comfort.
Hospital Features:
- 8 exam rooms, including a dedicated comfort room
- Spacious treatment area with separate surgery and dental suites (each equipped with two tables)
- Private doctor’s office for focused work and consultations
Equipment & Services:
We provide comprehensive veterinary services, including preventative care, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry--no boarding or grooming. Our hospital is equipped with:
- Digital X-ray & digital dental X-ray
- Versana Essential ultrasound
- Therapy laser
- In-house IDEXX laboratory
- EzyVet paperless PMS system with tablets for patient care
- Scribble Vet AI for SOAP note documentation
Meet Our Owner – Dr. John Green: Dr. Green is a proud graduate of the University of Illinois, earning his bachelor’s degree in animal sciences in 2002 and his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 2006. Outside the clinic, Dr. Green cherishes time with his wife, two boys, and their miniature schnauzer, Murphy. An avid endurance athlete, he enjoys trail running and all forms of cycling.

Requirements:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- Valid veterinary license in the state of Illinois
