Description
Remember Why You Became a Veterinarians?
University Veterinary Care Center | Topeka, Kansas
You didn't spend years mastering your craft to work somewhere that treats collaboration like a threat. You wanted to practice alongside veterinarians who share knowledge freely, support your growth, and genuinely care about your success.
That practice exists. And we're hiring.
What Actually Matters Here
Your Professional Growth
We put our money where our mouth is. Dr. Utt's acupuncture certification in Florida? Over $12,000—practice-funded. Multiple technicians certified in rehabilitation? Same. When you want to expand your skills or pursue a special interest, we back you with real financial support, not just lip service.
Your Clinical Freedom
No production pressure. No competing with colleagues for cases. Just experienced veterinarians who recognize that everyone has different strengths and share expertise without ego. You'll work alongside Drs. Travis Gratton, Amy Guernsey-Youngblood, Amanda Utt, and Snyder—veterinarians who've built something rare: a drama-free environment where collaboration is the norm.
Your Time to Practice Medicine Right
Minimum 30-minute appointments. Never rushed. With IDEXX lab systems, digital radiography, ultrasound, and surgical lasers at your fingertips, you can make confident decisions. Referral is an option, but with our technology and collaborative approach, it's not the default.
