Camelwest Animal Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join our thriving 4-doctor team in West Phoenix! We’ve proudly cared for pets and families across Phoenix, Glendale, Avondale, and Litchfield Park since the late 1980s, and we’re thrilled to be moving into a brand-new, state-of-the-art hospital in 2026!
What We Offer
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000, depending on experience
Monthly production-based bonuses
Up to $10K Sign-On Bonus

About the Role
We’re looking for a veterinarian who is:

About Our Practice
4-doctor team that values teamwork, learning, and positivity
30-minute appointments for quality client time
Paw Plans wellness program for consistent client relationships
State-of-the-art diagnostic tools: full IDEXX in-house lab, digital and dental radiography, ultrasound, and full surgical suite
Our practice includes ~15% exotics, such as rabbits, ferrets, small mammals, birds and reptiles. Interest in exotics is a plus, but not required, and mentorship in these animals is available!
