About Us
Hello, we are a busy small-animal practice located on Bothell Way and we're easy to get to from both Seattle and the East side (e.g. Kirkland, Bellevue). Our clinic has grown through a reputation for transparent pricing, advanced procedures and a calm environment. We're non-corporate. We have IDEXX in-house labs, digital and dental radiographs, ultrasound, electrosurgery, Ligasure and we use Neo software.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a veterinarian who can get along well with others and like to have fun at work. If you're an experienced vet, you'll be happy here as we don't dictate medicine. If you're a new grad, we're happy to hire and mentor you.
Why you will want to work here
Staffing: You'll have plenty of support staff.
Schedule: A predictable Monday to Friday schedule, with weekends optional. You can have surgery days, consult days or a mixture of both. You'll be in control of your schedule and can approve or add on blocks. If you love ER but not the hours, then we can balance urgent care cases into your day. If you would like to schedule an interesting procedure or help out with one, then you don't have to ask permission.
Our values: We're looking to build a lifetime relationship with a client and not a short term profit. This means you will never have a manager who hounds you about production numbers or push tests you feel are unnecessary.
Advanced Procedures: We have Ligasure and electrosurgery and we want to make advanced surgery affordable to clients. If you are interested in learning advanced procedures, we are going to be a very good fit for you. If you can or want to perform orthopedic surgery, even better! Surgery not your thing? No problem! We will support your interests, whichever direction you decide to go.
Compensation
We offer a very competitive base salary with production bonus.
