Florence Animal Hospital is searching for a compassionate, team-oriented Associate Veterinarian to join our growing practice in beautiful Florence, South Carolina! - Modern Medicine, Compassionate Care: Newly renovated facility equipped with digital radiography, dental radiography, laparoscopic and endoscopic technology, ultrasound, IDEXX in-house lab, cold laser therapy, and electrocautery. Beyond general medicine, we offer orthopedic surgeries, laparoscopic and endoscopic procedures, and canine reproductive services (including semen storage and artificial insemination).
- No On-Call + Great Schedule: Enjoy a flexible 4-day work week with only one rotating half-day Saturday each month, because your time outside of work matters too.
- Supportive, Skilled Team: You’ll have a dedicated support staff of 2–3 technicians per doctor, a hands-on manager, and colleagues who truly want to see you succeed.
- Mentorship You Can Count On: Our doctors are passionate about teaching and supporting new grads. You’ll get hands-on surgical and medical guidance tailored to your comfort level, at your own pace.
Compensation & Benefits
- Prosal of $110,000 - $140,000 paid on 20% production – no negative accrual
- Relocation assistance

- $2,500 CE stipend + 5 CE days
- 3 weeks PTO
