Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $120,000 – 150,000 + 20% production – no negative accrual
- Retention bonus

- $2,500 CE stipend + 4 CE days

Requirements
Prospective applicants should possess a positive attitude/ team player, excellent communication and time management skills, and place a high priority on educating clients on the value of advanced veterinary care. Previous experience desirable, but enthusiastic new graduates looking for professional growth and mentoring are welcomed.
DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA accredited university and current veterinary license to practice in Pennsylvania
