Our private practice has been a staple of the community since 1997, and in our brand-new, five-year-old facility, we’re ready to welcome a new Associate Veterinarian to join our 6-doctor team who wants a place to grow, belong, and practice high-quality medicine without the burnout.

- Reliable mentorship you can trust: Whether you’re a new graduate or a doctor wanting to expand your skills, you’ll have a dedicated mentor meeting weekly, plus at least two other doctors on the floor each day to help with tough cases and surgeries.
- An educated, compliant client base: Our clientele values high-quality medicine, follows recommendations, and trusts our team to do comprehensive workups using our full in-house diagnostic suite.
- A healthy schedule and real work-life balance: No weekends! Our Associate DVM schedules are 32 hours per week. Flexible scheduling (e.g. four 8s or two 12s + an 8), built-in 1.5-hour blocks for notes and callbacks, and leadership that actually prioritizes mental health.
