What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire a talented, compassionate team of veterinary professionals.
- Partner with our experienced hospital manager to oversee operations and implement new initiatives.
- Mentor veterinarians and support staff while fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
- Continue delivering the exceptional, relationship-based care our clients have trusted since 1971.

What We’re Looking For
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Active (or easily transferable) Maryland veterinary license
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills
A team-focused, growth-minded approach to veterinary care
