Since opening our doors in 1985, Paddock Park Animal Care Center has earned a reputation as a trusted provider of everyday veterinary care for small animals throughout Central Florida. In 2013, we officially joined the PetVet Care Centers network, and today we have a thriving 4-doctor team. We are looking for a Medical Director to lead our practice, promote high standards of care, and continue fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Our Ideal Candidate:
- DVM or Equivalent: Must hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree (or equivalent) and be in good standing with the Florida State Veterinary Board.
- DEA License: Must hold (or be eligible for) an active DEA license.
- Veterinary Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of veterinary experience, with a strong comfort level handling a full surgical caseload.
- Passionate about Veterinary Care: Enthusiastic about providing exceptional veterinary care.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Bonus points if you’re passionate about mentoring and leading a team of talented veterinary professionals.
