Description
Associate Veterinarian – Lake Shore Animal Hospital
Cleveland, OH
Where teamwork, trust, and true work–life balance are key values.
At Lake Shore Animal Hospital, you’re stepping into more than a job. You are joining a deeply rooted, relationship-driven privately owned practice. Housed in a charming ranch-style building and powered by an experienced, easy-going, deeply collaborative team, this is the kind of privately owned practice where veterinarians can do their best work and still have a life outside the clinic.
We’re looking for an Associate Veterinarian who values connection—with clients and teammates. If you’re searching for a place where your voice matters, your growth is supported, and your days aren’t dictated by production pressure, this may be the home you’ve been looking for.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
A team you can rely on
Experienced staff with highly experienced registered veterinary technician who anchors the technical team.
Veterinary assistants are eager to learn, and team focused.
Receptionists: two at the desk at all times, ensuring smooth flow and fewer doctor interruptions.
The culture: supportive, communicative, light-hearted, and genuinely team-first.
You’ll be surrounded by an experienced, steady, and uplifting team—including a registered technician with over 45 years in the role and assistants who are eager to learn. Two receptionists keep the front desk humming so you can focus on medicine, not traffic control. The environment is warm, communicative, and drama-free.
