What We Offer

Competitive Base Salary
$110,000–$135,000, based on experience.
Pro-Sal Bonus Structure (Fair & Transparent)
We offer a production-based compensation model designed to reward your hard work while supporting work–life balance and sustainable practice growth.
Typical total earnings range $170,000–$200,000+ annually, depending on caseload and experience.
Monthly production statements ensure transparency.

Work Schedule
We firmly believe in maintaining a healthy work–life balance:
Four-day work week
8:00 AM–5:30 PM
Dedicated day off each week

No after-hours or on-call responsibilities
