Bowdon Animal Hospital offers state-of-the-art medical care to all the animals of their community! Our huge 11,000 sq foot facility has ample space to provide integrative services to small, large, exotic, zoo, and wildlife. We are even looking into expanding to beehive health! Lead by Dr. McCord, our team is constantly striving to find new ways to help their community. Our full support team and incredible hospital manager work hard to ensure the days run smoothly for our DVMs. Our new medical Director will enjoy leading a collaborative team of 4 passionate DVMs!

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid veterinary license in the state of Georgia.
- Strong diagnostic and surgical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Compassionate approach towards animals and their owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat medical conditions in animals.
- Perform surgeries on animals.
- Administer vaccinations.
- Prescribe medications.
- Conduct routine check-ups and health assessments.
- Educate pet owners on proper care and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records.
- Collaborate with a team of veterinary professionals to deliver high-quality care.
