- Associate Veterinarian
Description
We’re a family-owned, two-location small-animal practice (Dunedin & St. Petersburg) seeking an Associate Veterinarian to make a difference—one pet at a time—and join our medical family. You’ll be based at one primary location (with optional cross-coverage), practicing top-tier medicine with state-of-the-art diagnostics (in-house lab, digital radiography, dental rads, advanced dentistry, and more) and growing your skills through real-time, hands-on mentorship and collaborative case rounds. Outside of work, both communities offer an easy, sunny lifestyle: Dunedin features walkable, artsy neighborhoods, award-winning beaches (Honeymoon & Caladesi), the Pinellas Trail, boating, and live music; St. Petersburg adds a vibrant waterfront downtown with museums (Dalí, MFA), craft food and breweries, year-round festivals, miles of bikeable trails, and quick access to Gulf beaches (Fort De Soto, St. Pete Beach). Responsibilities include preventive care, internal medicine, dentistry, and (if interested) surgery; building strong client relationships; and contributing to a positive, team-first culture. Candidates should hold a DVM/VMD (FL licensure or eligibility), demonstrate excellent communication, sound medical judgment, and a growth mindset. Competitive compensation offered; benefits are negotiable (e.g., PTO, CE, licensing/dues, flexible scheduling, relocation support). We look forward to hearing from you.
