Burr Ridge Veterinary Clinic in Darien, IL is seeking a full- or part-time DVM to join the medical team at our practice with a growing, loyal and appreciative clientele. We have served the pets and families of the western Chicago suburbs with exceptional, compassionate and collaborative care since 1975 and our goal is to provide stress-free appointments for both pets and their owners. BRVC is a privately-owned small animal hospital, has been AAHA-accredited since 1992 and many of our staff are Fear Free Certified Professionals.
Our 30-minute appointment-based clinic uses cloud-based electronic medical records software and offers advanced diagnostics including Abaxis and Zoetis in house lab equipment, ultrasound, EKG, Holter monitor, TonoVet, electrocautery, digital surgery monitoring equipment, digital full body and intraoral radiography and more! Our spacious, moderate practice has 8 exam rooms including dedicated cat and comfort room.
Just 30 minutes from downtown Chicago and two international airports, Darien is in the heart of the western metro area and is close to two major expressways, making for an easy commute. It features diverse, highly-rated schools, low crime rates and is, as our town motto states, “A Nice Place to Live.” It's easy to make a quick trip downtown for world class food, entertainment and sports or stay near home and enjoy casual suburban living.

About You:
Brand new or experienced veterinarian with soft-tissue surgery and internal medicine skills

Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, graduate of an AVMA accredited Veterinary Program.
Illinois State Veterinary License
