Prescott Animal Hospital & Equine Center is looking for a Hospital Administrator to join our team and oversee our two locations in beautiful Prescott, Arizona. We have a large team of approximately 65 employees across the two hospitals.
This position is responsible to mentor, educate and function as an advocate and leader to allow leadership, professional and para-professional team members continued growth personally and professionally. The HA is expected to consistently support the practice’s mission and inspire fellow team members to support the practice’s mission.
The HA must be able support all areas of the practice and additionally coach team members in professional standards, diffuse negative client situations and foster client bonding in addition to developing protocols, training, evaluation and assessment of all team members.
The HA is responsible for human resources support, financial management, strategic planning, budgets, marketing, management of practice managers and associates, payroll and benefits administration.
CVPM or pursuing CVPM preferred; HR certification or strong HR background preferred.
